Order Processing: What to expect

Q: What should I expect once I place my order?
A: You will receive an order confirmation email that order has been confirmed.

Q: My credit/debit card was charged a different amount?
A: Selecting yes to substitutions, will hold the highest amount on your card but will not actually charge any amount until the order is processed. The actual amount charged on the receipt that is included in the order.

Q: When should I pick-up my order?
A: Once you receive a ready for pick-up email.

Q: Where should I go to pick-up my order?
A: To the Mail & Print Center on campus during business hours. 

Q: What information will I need once I arrive?
A: Bring your student ID and your order number.

Q: What if I cannot pick up my order during that time?
A: No problem. Send us a request from your Trinity email to bookstore@trnty.edu.

Q: Can someone else pick up my order?
A: Yes. Send us the individual's name from your Trinity email to 
bookstore@trnty.edu. 
 
Q: I had my order shipped and have not received it yet?
A: You will receive an email from Pitney Bowes with your tracking information once your order is ready for shipment.

Q: I did not receive the tracking email?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder.
