Rental Program
All rentals are due on or before May 8, 2026.
HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL TEXTBOOK?
You have two options:
- Bring your rental textbooks to the cashier during our regular business hours. This option will provide you with a receipt to verify that you have returned your rental textbooks.
- Drop your rental textbooks in the return drop box located inside the BBC to the left of the bookstore entrance.
WHEN SHOULD I RETURN MY RENTAL BOOKS?
They may be returned at any time but MUST be returned by the FRIDAY MAY 8, 2026. The rental return date is printed on your rental receipt. The return date is also stamped on the blue Trinity rental sticker on the front of the book.
WHAT IF I FORGOT TO RETURN MY TEXTBOOK BY ITS DUE DATE?
Your student account will be charged the non-refundable replacement fee and the textbook is yours to keep. Unfortunately, we cannot accept books after the due date. No refunds will be given.
I RENTED A BOOK AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT. CAN I PURCHASE IT?
Yes, as long it is before the due date! Bring your rental textbook to the cashier, before the due date, and he or she will help you to purchase the book. The book will cost you the normal price of the book less the rental fee already paid.
I DON’T REMEMBER IF I RENTED OR BOUGHT THIS BOOK. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOK IS A RENTAL?
The front cover will have a blue Trinity rental sticker stamped with the return date. The back cover will have a barcoded sticker ending with an “R” following 4-5 digits. If you still have questions, just stop by the bookstore and we will check for you.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE RENTAL AGREEMENT?
The Rental Agreement can be found on the left menu under Textbooks and Rentals. You must agree to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement when purchasing rental books.
