- Textbooks may be returned with the original receipt for two weeks after the start of full term Fall and Spring courses or one week after the start of all summer courses or any partial term course. They must be in the same condition they were in when purchased. Wrapped texts/access cards must be unopened/unscratched. All enclosures must be included.
- Required Non-Text Course Materials are non-refundable.
- General Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with the original receipt, in salable condition with original tags attached.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed using the payment method of the original transaction.
- Online orders must be picked up by the end of the term. Failure to pick up an order will result in items being discarded. No refunds will be given for orders not picked up.
